Två Ton AB is the data controller for personal data processed through this website. We process the data you provide when you order, contact us or subscribe, typically name, email, shipping address, phone and order details, on the following legal grounds:

• Contract, to fulfil your order and provide support.
• Legal obligation, accounting and tax records (kept 7 years under Swedish law).
• Legitimate interest, fraud prevention and improving the site.
• Consent, newsletters and non-essential cookies (withdrawable at any time).

Data is shared only with processors needed to run the shop and fulfil orders:

• Shopify (checkout & orders)
• Our manufacturing and fulfilment partner within the EU (name, shipping address, order details and contact details needed to produce and dispatch your order)
• Shipping carriers (UPS / FedEx)
• Our email provider

We do not sell your personal data. Some processors may transfer data outside the EU only under EU Standard Contractual Clauses or other approved safeguards.
