By placing an order or using our website you agree to these terms. Två Ton designs and sells textiles and home goods produced on demand in limited runs. All content on this site, imagery, patterns, text and design, is owned by Två Ton AB and may not be reproduced without written permission.

We reserve the right to update prices, product availability and these terms at any time. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.

Prices are shown in EUR by default, or in the currency you select at checkout, and include Swedish VAT where applicable. Customers outside the EU may be charged local duties and import taxes on delivery. Payment is processed securely through Shopify, we never store your card details.

An order is binding once you receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of obvious pricing errors, stock issues or suspected fraud.

All items are made to order. We do not hold stock, each piece is prepared specifically for you after the order is placed. Made to order in 10–14 working days. Delivery normally takes an additional 4–8 working days after dispatch.

Estimated total delivery time: 14–22 working days.

Delivery times may vary depending on country. We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

Carriers & shipping rates

All parcels are shipped with UPS or FedEx. Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout, based on your delivery address and the size of your order, so you always see the exact amount before you pay. The delivery time shown at checkout refers only to shipping time after production; production time is listed above.

Fabric samples

Fabric samples and sample bundles ship free of charge within the EU/Schengen area when ordered on their own. Orders shipped outside the EU/Schengen area are charged a flat sample shipping rate of €9,95. If samples are ordered together with other products, the normal shipping rate for that order applies.

Customs & import duties

For orders shipped outside the EU, you as the recipient pay any customs duties, import taxes and related fees. Please check the rules in your country before placing your order. We do not charge any additional customs fees.

For business customers, risk of loss passes to the buyer when the parcel is handed to the carrier. For consumers, the risk remains with us until the parcel is delivered to you. Report visible transport damage within 7 days of delivery.

Production & dispatch

All items are made to order and produced by our manufacturing partner within the European Union. Parcels are shipped with UPS or FedEx.

Shipping notifications and tracking updates may be sent directly by the carrier or our production partner. Your purchase contract is always with Två Ton AB. For questions about your order, delivery or returns, contact us at info@tvatonstudio.com, do not reply to carrier or partner messages for order support.

Standard products can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

This covers standard-size cushion covers, tablecloths, runners and unopened fabric samples. Items must be unused, in original condition and returned in their original packaging.

Made-to-measure and cut-length items, fabric by the meter, custom curtains and any non-standard sizes, are produced specifically for you and are non-returnable, unless faulty.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. To start a return, email info@tvatonstudio.com.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive or Swedish consumer law.

Personal data (GDPR) and cookies are covered in a separate privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Products are made with natural fibres and printed by hand-guided processes; small variations in colour, weave and print placement are part of the character and are not defects.

To the extent permitted by law, Två Ton AB's liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are settled by Swedish courts, with Stockholms tingsrätt as the court of first instance.

Dispute resolution. If we cannot resolve a complaint together, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, Sweden, www.arn.se. We follow ARN's recommendations. Consumers in other EU countries may contact their national consumer dispute body.
